The hotel is conveniently located, being close to both the train station and the beach. Guests praised the spacious rooms, high ceilings, and the availability of an open kitchen with facilities such as a fridge and microwave. The AC worked well and the host was helpful. the location and amenities make it a great choice for business travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to the beach, the bus station from Nice Airport, and the train station, making it super easy to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were great too make me feel welcome and were always available to answer any questions.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for spacious rooms. The attention to detail is evident, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfast. The location is ideal, being close to the city center and within walking distance of the railway station.
